The Key of David
Revelation 3:7
The Key of David
Holy, true, and holding a steward’s key
— The Standing Stone —
Behind “LORD” in your Bible lies a hidden name — in the Hebrew it is Yahuah Psalm 83:18; Yahuah is the Father Isaiah 63:16; Yahuah is the only God, beside Him there is no other Isaiah 45:5; therefore Yahuah the Father is the only true God, leaving no room for a second or third person 1 Corinthians 8:6.

The Titles He Was Given
A title of Yahuah on the Son is worn by gift — a shared title was never a shared identity

1 — The Claim
To Philadelphia, Yahushua is announced with three names of God — “he that is holy, he that is true” — and as the one who holds “the key of David.” The Holy One and the True One are titles of Yahuah, so the verse is read as naming Yahushua Yahuah.
2 — The Verse Hands You the Key
Read the whole announcement, because the last phrase interprets the first:
Revelation 3:7
These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;
“The key of David” is not invented here. It is lifted straight out of Isaiah, where it is the very picture of delegated, entrusted authority — laid on the shoulder of a steward over the king’s house:
Isaiah 22:22
And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.
The key is a servant’s charge, given by the One who owns the house. Revelation reaches for that exact image to describe the Son — so the holiness, the truth, the open-and-shut power are all held the way a steward holds the key: on trust, by grant.
Conclusion
The Verdict
The key of David is a steward’s key, laid on the shoulder by the One who owns the house. Delegated authority is the mark of a servant — not deity.
