The moon enters Scripture on the fourth day, set in the firmament "for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years" (Gen 1:14). The Psalms keep that charge (Ps 104:19), and the trumpet sounds "in the new moon, in the time appointed" (Ps 81:3). Isaiah carries it into the new creation, where worship runs "from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another" (Isa 66:23). The woman of Revelation 12 stands upon this light: her authority is over the appointed times, and she operates inside Yahuah's covenant calendar, not outside it. The claim that the moedim ended at the cross is answered by new-moon worship in the new creation.
