Balaam saw it from afar: "there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel" (Num 24:17). Isaiah calls Zion to arise because "the glory of Yahuah is risen upon thee" (Isa 60:1). Isaiah 14:12 records the counterfeit, heylel, the fallen day star, a stolen title rather than a real being. In Revelation 2:28 and 22:16 the reward for overcoming is Yahushua Himself, the bright and morning star, the last light before dawn and the true signal of Yahuah's dawning, completely reversing Isaiah's fallen star. A star bears light it did not originate: the Son is the light-bearer carrying Yahuah's light, not its source, a distinction Trinitarian teaching collapses.
