The glory that filled the tabernacle kept Moses from entering (Exod 40:34-35), and the cloud filled Solomon's house so the priests could not stand to minister (1 Kgs 8:10-11). Solomon's oracle, the Most Holy Place, was a perfect cube, twenty cubits each way (1 Kgs 6:20). Ezekiel's city was named "Yahuah is there" (Ezek 48:35). In Revelation 21:16 the city is a cube, so the entire city is the Most Holy Place. No temple stands in it, for "Yahuah Elohim Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it" (21:22): the presence itself is the sanctuary. The glory of Elohim lightens it, "and the Lamb is the light thereof" (21:23), the lamp (luchnos) bearing that glory, not its source.
