Thunder is Yahuah's voice from Sinai onward (Exod 19:19), and Psalm 29 sounds "the voice of Yahuah" seven times over the waters, the cedars and the wilderness. Moses sets the rule: "The secret things belong unto Yahuah our Elohim" (Deut 29:29). Daniel was told to shut up the words and seal the book (Dan 12:4, 9). In Revelation 10:3-4 John hears seven thunders and is forbidden to write them: unrevealed divine decrees, classified testimony withheld from the record, and the redaction itself is a statement of sovereignty. Teachers who claim to have decoded the seven thunders contradict the one instruction the text gives: "Seal up those things."
