The plagues on Egypt (Exod 7-12) set the pattern, and the Torah promises covenant breakers punishment "seven times more for your sins" (Lev 26:18, 21, 24, 28). Isaiah foresees a second crossing "like as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt" (Isa 11:16), and Micah, "marvellous things" as in the days of the Exodus (Mic 7:15). The sanctuary bowl (Num 7:13) becomes the vessel of wrath. Revelation presents the bowls as the second Exodus, aimed at every system opposing Yahuah, covenant judgments, not acts of rage. A full bowl cannot receive more: the trumpets struck a third; the bowls strike everything. Dispensationalism wrongly confines them to a future seven-year tribulation.
