The pattern first surfaces in Egypt, where Pharaoh's magicians "did in like manner with their enchantments" (Exod 7:11). The prophets then expose the same three-part machinery inside Israel: "the prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means" (Jer 5:31), with princes as wolves and prophets daubing with untempered mortar (Ezek 22:25-28; Mic 3:5-11). Revelation gathers dragon, beast and false prophet as a forgery of the divine order, three coordinated roles of source, enforcer and religious voice. The popular label "unholy trinity" assumes a holy one to imitate; the text counterfeits one Yahuah enthroned with His Son as His appointed agent, and three roles never make one being.
