Isaiah gives the title to Yahuah as Creator and sole Elohim: "I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no Elohim" (Isa 44:6; 41:4; 48:12). In Revelation the Son bears it only with a qualifier Isaiah never attaches: "I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead" (Rev 1:17-18; 2:8). The book reads the title as tied to resurrection, naming Yahushua the Last Adam and firstborn of the new creation. That answers the Trinitarian appeal to Isaiah: Yahuah cannot die. Rev 22:13 is no exception, for the same speaker calls himself "the root and the offspring of David" (Rev 22:16), and Yahuah is no one's offspring.
