The seventh plague brings "hail, and fire mingled with the hail" on Egypt (Exod 9:24) and falls again on the Amorites (Josh 10:11). The Prophets make hail the instrument of truth: "the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies" (Isa 28:17), and great hailstones bring down the wall daubed with untempered mortar (Ezek 13:11). The first trumpet's hail and fire mingled with blood (Rev 8:7) opens a spiritual war through the assembly age: hail is truth arriving with force, shattering religious systems built on appearance rather than obedience; fire is testing; blood is the cost of resisting truth. The talent-weight hail (Rev 16:21) is judgment measured and intentional. Futurism wrongly makes the trumpets future weather disasters.
