The Psalms first place the source in Yahuah: "with thee is the fountain of life" (Ps 36:9). Isaiah invites, "every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters" (Isa 55:1), Jeremiah names Yahuah "the fountain of living waters" (Jer 2:13), and Ezekiel and Zechariah see living waters flow from His house (Ezek 47:1; Zech 14:8). In Revelation the Lamb leads them to living fountains so thirst cannot return, freely, without condition, without price, closing with "The Spirit and the bride say, Come." The Lamb leads; Yahuah is the fountain. The Trinitarian collapse of guide into source is answered by Isa 49:10, where the one who leads them goes "by the springs of water."
