Torah sets the penalty: "he that blasphemeth the name of Yahuah, he shall surely be put to death" (Lev 24:16). The prophets show Yahuah's name profaned among the nations through His own people (Isa 52:5; Ezek 36:20-23). Daniel's little horn has "a mouth speaking great things" and "shall think to change times and laws" (Dan 7:8, 25). Revelation expands the charge into four counts: against Yahuah, His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. Changing the appointed times is part of the charge. The modern claim that the Sabbath and the feasts of Leviticus 23 were transferred to Sunday and a Roman calendar is not a neutral development; Daniel names it as the horn's own work.
