82Right hand
yamin — Hebrew
yamin (H3225) — the right hand; the place of authority, honor, and executive power.
A delegated-authority term — the seat of conferred executive power beside the sovereign.
Beside the throne is a seat of power, and the right hand is it — the position of delegated authority, wielding the sovereign’s rule by appointment. ‘Sit at my right hand’ confers executive power, not mere nearness. The one placed there acts for the throne. The Messiah at the right hand of Yahuah holds authority to rule and judge — conferred by the One on the throne, exercised on His behalf. It is position and power, granted.
Psalm 110:1 “Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.” The seat of delegated rule.
Acts 2:33 “By the right hand of Yahuah exalted.” The authority conferred.
Ephesians 1:20 “Set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places.” The position of executive power.
Hebrews 1:3 “Sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.” The seat of conferred authority.
The right hand is the seat of delegated authority — the highest place of honor and power beside the sovereign. ‘Sit at my right hand’ confers executive rule, not just nearness. The Messiah at Yahuah’s right hand holds authority to rule and judge — power conferred by the One on the throne, exercised on His behalf.
To be seated ‘at the right hand’ of a king was to hold his authority — to act for the throne, wielding power delegated from it. That is where the Messiah is placed: at the right hand of Yahuah, given executive authority to rule and judge. Not equal to the throne — seated beside it, exercising power the One on it conferred.
- Yahuah (the Sovereign on the throne) confers the right-hand authority.
- Yahushua (seated at the right hand) wields delegated executive power to rule and judge.
- The enemies (the subjected) made a footstool under the conferred rule.
